The "Race Tomorrow" Principle.

Tell us your race date or fitness goal. Other "adaptive" plans simply ask for a recent or intended race and bucket you into a generic template, guessing your training from a static lookup table. Using advanced machine learning, we constantly calculate what your performance would be if you had to "race tomorrow". This real-time understanding of your true potential is then used to build a highly specific roadmap to your goal from the ground up.

The Subjective Sync

Run, then confirm.

Follow your workouts using Pace, Heart Rate, Perceived Effort, or Running Power. After each run, you can optionally tell the AI how you felt. While not strictly required, this subjective feedback is highly valuable: it helps the neural network filter through "noisy" GPS data and refine your plan based on true fatigue.
